These terms govern your use of insureinvestwithme.com and the services of Insure Invest With Me, the business of Vishal Goel, an independent licensed insurance agent based in Michigan ("we", "us"). By using our website, booking a consultation or contacting us, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are and what we do
We help individuals and families find life insurance (term, whole life, indexed universal life and final expense) and fixed indexed annuities. As an independent agent we compare products from several insurance companies. We are paid by the insurance companies; our consultations and quotes are free to you.
2. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information, not personal financial, tax or legal advice. Any example, illustration or chart is for explanation only and is not a promise of future results. Coverage, premiums, interest rates, caps, approval and terms depend on the insurance company, your age, your health and your state, and are set out only in the policy or contract the insurance company issues.
3. Quotes and applications
A quote is an estimate and is not a binding offer. Coverage starts only when an insurance company approves your application and issues a policy or contract. Annuity guarantees are backed by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Annuities are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured.
4. Appointments
Consultations are free and can be booked online, by phone or by text. You can reschedule or cancel at any time by replying to your confirmation or calling us.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or to sign up for text messages.
6. Text messaging (SMS program)
Insure Invest With Me runs a text messaging program for people who ask us about life insurance or annuities. You can join it in either of two ways, and both are optional:
- On our text messaging page, open the chat, enter your name, mobile number and message, and tick the consent box beneath the form.
- On our consultation form on the home page, tick one or both of the text message consent boxes at the bottom of the form.
Agreeing to these terms does not sign you up for text messages. Consent is given only by ticking a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default and never required. You can browse our website, book a consultation and buy a policy without ever agreeing to receive texts, and declining or withdrawing consent changes nothing about the service you receive.
Messages you may receive:
- Replies to questions you send us
- Appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling messages
- Follow-ups about your consultation, quote or application
- A short text if we miss your call
- Occasional offers and product updates, only if you agreed to marketing messages
- Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information. Insurance companies rely on what you tell them when they decide on an application, and inaccurate answers can affect your coverage.
8. Website content
The text, design and images on this website belong to Insure Invest With Me or are used with permission. Insurance company names belong to their owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under insurance law or your policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
