Insure Invest With Me is the life insurance and annuity business of Vishal Goel, an independent licensed insurance agent based in Washtenaw County, Michigan ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use insureinvestwithme.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
When you fill in our consultation form, book a call, message us through the chat on our text messaging page, call or text us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number (including mobile number) and email address
- Your age and gender, which insurance companies use to price coverage
- General health information you choose to share, such as whether you have any health conditions
- What you are interested in (life insurance or annuities), the coverage amount or monthly budget you have in mind, or the amount you would like to invest
- Your preferred appointment time and anything else you tell us in a message
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address and the device and browser you use. We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site and booking calendar work, to remember your preferences and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and prepare for and hold your free consultation
- To compare coverage and annuity options from insurance companies on your behalf
- To book, confirm, remind you about and reschedule appointments
- To send you the text messages and emails you agreed to receive
- To help you apply for a policy or annuity when you decide to go ahead
- To meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about your consultation, and occasional offers or updates if you chose to receive them. Text message consent is always optional. It is given only by ticking a checkbox that is unchecked by default and never required. Agreeing to this policy or to our terms does not sign you up for text messages. You can use our website, book a consultation and buy a policy without ever agreeing to receive texts.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages, who may not use them for any other purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With insurance companies, when you ask us for a quote or decide to apply, and only the information needed for that quote or application.
- With service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer relationship platform, calendar, email and text message delivery providers. They may only use it to provide services to us.
- When the law requires it, for example to respond to a regulator, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or safety.
How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to licensed insurance agents. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we must keep it by law.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
- Access, correction and deletion: email us and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
